Delivery and Returns
How much is delivery?
We totally understand that seeing shipping costs added onto your order can turn a smile upside down and so we have calculated all shipping costs into the product costs and so for UK Mainland orders there is no added P&P.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
We usually dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday but during peak trading periods we dispatch every day. We will ensure your order leaves us in good time but we will of course let you know of any delays as soon as possible. You will also receive an email from us as soon as your order is on its way.
What if I would like to return an item?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept personalised items back into stock unless faulty. If an item is unpersonalised or damaged then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, sooner if possible and just let us know the reason why you would like to return it. If the item is damaged please send us a few snapshots of the damage and the original packaging. If you have simply changed your mind that’s fine too (on unpersonalised items), follow the same steps as above. If possible, when you return something to us please use the original packaging and ensure it’s packed really well. We ask this so the item arrives back with us in perfect condition. You have a total of 28 days to get the return back to us (including the 14 days to let us know about it). Please be aware, if it is a simple change of heart and the product is not faulty then we will cover the original postage cost but not the return postage costs. If a refund is required we will action this within a few days of receiving the returned item and then it may take a little while for the banking system to process it.
